We have taken the first steps towards a potential judicial review of a legal error in the Secretary of State’s (SoS) decision to approve the Sunnica scheme.

The Secretary of State overruled the evidence-backed recommendation of the expert examiners, who determined that the scheme should NOT be approved. We agree with our supporters that this legal error needs to be challenged.

Volunteer

The Say No to Sunnica Community Action Group is always looking for volunteers to help with the huge amount of work required to oppose the Sunnica Solar Farm. Now that the Sunnica proposal has entered the formal examination stage, we need as many volunteers as possible to enable us to respond within the timescales imposed by the planning process.
